Cyber Security Operations Lead

About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Operations Lead to join our team at Leidos. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping us design, implement, and operate security and operations management systems for the Department of Defense (DoD).
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of experts to achieve high customer satisfaction by maintaining top-notch cybersecurity performance">
- Develop and manage NSOC configuration management, tool engineering, and integration with networks">
- Schedule operational staffing, support Continuity of Operations (COOP), monitoring, and incident assessment and response">
- Support digital media analyses, cyber intelligence fusion, and cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and penetration testing">
- Provide forensic analysis of digital media devices and mediums">
- Assess cyber adversary capabilities and intentions for Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Computer Network Attack (CNA)">
- Offer onsite and remote vulnerability assessment support, internal and external security penetration testing, and incident assessment and response">
- Detect, prevent, and respond to insider threats">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need a B.S. in engineering or mathematics or IT/computer science with 12-15 years of related experience. You must also have a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
">Preferred Qualifications:
">A Master's Degree in a STEM discipline, with a proven track record of performing technical management of DoD security programs, is highly desirable. Experience working with cloud computing and infrastructure security, virtual computing environments, common and uncommon DoD cyber tools, DoD Cross Domain Solutions, SD-WAN, DevSecOps, and agile program management are all beneficial.
">Compensation:
">The salary range for this position is $108,550 - $196,225 per year. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
