Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive strategic development of Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic Spectrum operations policy to ensure combat readiness and operational excellence.

Strategic Development
  • Create and implement innovative approaches to EW/EMS training integration, enhancing force capabilities through advanced simulation and live training environments.
  • Shape the future of JEMSO and JADC2 programs by providing expert technical guidance and program management.
Team Leadership

You will lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders in program management and policy development within the defense sector.

Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance (must be currently active)
  • Proven experience operating Electronic Warfare systems in DoD aircraft as a rated aircrew member
  • Track record of successfully integrating EW, Cyber, Information Operations, Space, and ISR effects
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
