About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Identity and Access Management (ICAM) Administrator to join our team at Leidos. As an ICAM Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, standardization, maintenance, performance, and patching of an evolving enterprise federated ICAM implementation.

The position requires infrequent short-term travel to various sites, as well as occasional flexibility in workday schedule to support exercises occurring over weekends.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration, configuration, standardization, maintenance, performance, and patching of an evolving enterprise federated ICAM implementation, including custom code and commercial products such as Radiant Logic, PingFederate, SecureAuth, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Keycloak, and/or HashiCorp, with associated databases including KSQL and Postgres.
  • Tier 2 account administration and reviewing user access to ensure compliance with directives and security best practices.
  • Implementing configuration changes and conducting troubleshooting of issues pertaining to an enterprise multi-level identity management architecture.
  • Developing artifacts supporting Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field with 12 – 15 years of related experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting a variety of ICAM platforms and associated databases.
  • Experience administering a variety of ICAM platforms and associated databases, including privileged and non-privileged user identities, credentials, and authorizations.
  • At least one current DoD 8140 certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field.
  • Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Red Hat).
  • Experience working with cloud computing and infrastructure security to IL6.

Salary Range: $108,550.00 - $196,225.00 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
