Key Responsibilities- Participate in the healthcare team to provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and direct care staff to provide clinical social work services.
- Administer biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy.
- Assist with insurance utilization review and provide liaison services to patients, families, and community agencies.
- Contribute to each patient's treatment plan by developing, implementing, and documenting goals and interventions.
- LCSW or license eligibility for LMHC required. LICSW or LMHC with prior experience in inpatient behavioral health or acute care settings preferred.
- Child & Adolescent Needs & Strengths (CANS) Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Prior experience in inpatient behavioral health, short-term treatment, or acute care settings preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in clinical behavioral health treatment and family system modalities.
- Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Health Record required.
