Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our community, including financial management, human resources, and system-related business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Establish procedures for collecting and reviewing financial information to ensure timely billing and accounting support services.
  • Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll, respond to payroll developments, trends, regulations, and business controls.
  • HR Support: Maintain team member personnel information, including payroll processing, updating personnel files/binders, and training records.
  • Team Member Onboarding: Champion the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process.
  • Training and Development: Maintain training records and ongoing data entry into training systems.
  • Partnerships: Partner with the Executive Director and other team leaders to form teams, encourage strong team member engagement, morale, and spirit.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Must possess skills in business computer applications, organization, time management, problem-solving/resolution, decision-making, written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, and financial/business principles.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses).
