About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing quality customer service and clinical support services. The successful candidate will schedule patient appointments, answer inbound calls, and ensure documentation supports initial and ongoing therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
* Schedule patient appointments and follow up on missed appointments
* Place outbound calls to patients to set up initial appointments and explain the appointment procedure
* Review and confirm documentation to ensure patients can be seen for scheduled appointments

Physical Demands:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, talking, and hearing. Prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, reading, and driving or riding in transport vehicles may be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
