We're committed to delivering exceptional patient care at Rock Dental Brands. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients.

Under the direct supervision of a licensed Orthodontist, you'll perform clinical and technical procedures, prepare patient operatory and equipment, and assist the doctor during examination and ortho treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and calmly the treatment needs to parents and patients utilizing prescribed treatment plans.
  • Recognize and identify prior authorization requirements, ensuring signed consent forms are in place.
  • Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients.
  • Provide clear and concise documentation of all treatment rendered using electronic and paper dental records and forms.
  • Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
