Installation Supervisor - Windows & Doors Replacement

Job Overview:

As an Installation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive a superior installation experience. Your leadership will guide our installation teams to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle, from initial measurements to final walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct precise measurements for window and door installations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  2. Be the primary point of contact on-site, introducing yourself and the installation team to homeowners, and setting clear expectations regarding the project timeline and completion.
  3. Collaborate with installation crews to communicate unique job requirements and address any concerns or questions that may arise.
  4. Assess and allocate the necessary materials for each project, ensuring accurate job costing for labor.
  5. Efficiently resolve any project-related issues, maintaining integrity and professionalism.
  6. Lead job completion walkthroughs with homeowners, demonstrating product functionality, finalizing documentation, and addressing any outstanding issues.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer interaction and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with construction documents, methods, and installation practices.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm in a dynamic work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction, particularly in home improvement or window replacement.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate ladders and stairs.
  • Proven skills in measuring and installing replacement windows.
