Job Title: Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage Family Therapist to join our team at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Marriage Family Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered therapy interventions with an emphasis on patient involvement as an integral part of the treatment team.
  • Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines, as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and case presentations.
  • Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes.
  • Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to provide the best care to patients.
  • Use multiple interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy to assist patients in meeting their identified goals.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity issues in the assessment and treatment of patients.
  • Actively monitor patient progress towards goals and addresses termination/discharge related issues, providing outside referrals at discharge/termination, as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligible for licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
