Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at The Vine Recruiting Group. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support to front-line responders and trauma survivors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of patients.
• Provide a strong therapeutic relationship to patients, coordinating the course of treatment within the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Support patients' families, integrating them into the treatment process when possible.
• Address relapse prevention and participate in the coordination of continuing care plans.

Requirements:

• Master's degree from an accredited school in behavioral sciences, counseling, or related human services.
• Licensed Professional (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP).
• 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient, day treatment, residential, and/or hospital setting addressing substance dependency and/or mental health issues.
• 1 year of experience working with front-line responders and 1 year of experience treating trauma survivors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of disease of addiction and treatment of individuals with substance dependency and mental health issues.
• Exceptional one-on-one communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use clinical software and other software programs.
