Job Opportunity

Futures Recovery Healthcare, a state-licensed and Joint Commission accredited behavioral healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Trauma Therapist to join our team.

We are committed to providing evidence-based, holistic treatment for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our comprehensive residential and detoxification program, as well as outpatient services, offer a supportive environment for individuals to achieve recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in behavioral sciences, counseling, or a related field, and be licensed as a LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient, day treatment, residential, and/or hospital setting is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a strong therapeutic relationship to patients
  • Coordinating treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting family members and integrating them into the treatment process
  • Addressing relapse prevention and continuing care
