Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range with a hiring minimum of $23.25 and a maximum of $27.17 per hour, with opportunities for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the role.

Job Overview

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) plays a critical role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals by working closely with financial advisors to provide exceptional personalized service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Work Closely with Financial Advisors: Collaborate with financial advisors to develop strategies and implement plans to meet client needs.
  • Manage Multiple Priorities: Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Develop knowledge of current and new office technology, as well as financial services and markets, to provide informed guidance to clients.
