Job Summary

The Crossroads Center is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will be responsible for implementing business strategies, managing staff, and ensuring the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans aligned with the agency's business objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to drive financial results and growth
  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes
  • Provide accurate reports on agency operations and collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external protocols and licensing requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required
  • Experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred
  • Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST
  • Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks and use office equipment
