Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will be accountable for all facets of molding operations, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision control. You will ensure the quality operation of the process by performing quality checks and controls, including adherence to cleaning and maintenance protocols. It is essential to maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity rates. You will prepare and maintain accurate production records while following standard operating procedures. Communication with all team members must be respectful and clear. Additionally, you will ensure that shift changes are completed accurately and that all necessary forms are filled out with the correct information. Other responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications for the role
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Prior manufacturing experience is not mandatory
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
