Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough move-out inspections to document property condition and resident responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Negotiation and contractor management skills.
  • Comfort with using business applications, such as Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work regular hours, including weekends and non-traditional holidays, and extensive travel within the assigned portfolio.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate standard maintenance equipment.
