The Logistics Shipping Specialist will also provide support to the Shipping Lead as needed.

About Our Operations Team

The Operations team plays a pivotal role within Ingram, focusing on maximizing the efficiency of our distribution centers and warehouse facilities. We prioritize safety as a fundamental value in our operational environment, which is reinforced through comprehensive training, education, and accident prevention initiatives.

Additionally, we are committed to Process Improvement. By leveraging innovative technologies such as voice and Radio Frequency (RF) systems, along with valuable feedback from our associates, we strive for continuous enhancement in our processes.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 11am - 7:30pm

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience with PKMS system
- At least 1 year experience with both international and domestic shipping regulations
- 6 months of work experience involving physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard usage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with UPS shipping standards
- Strong reading comprehension abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective follow-up capabilities
- Proficient writing skills at a high school level
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
- Required PC skills and knowledge of DHL Manifest.
