Job Overview

Franklin Logistics & Development is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment while providing assistance with stacking, unloading, and moving materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean up and remove trash/debris from inside and outside of facilities
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down breakrooms, restrooms, and interior of facilities
  • Use of push behind or riding scrubbers to clean warehouse floors
  • Use of cleaning tools to remove dust and debris from walls, racks, and other items
  • General housekeeping duties in production areas
  • Move and stack materials as directed by site supervisor (once forklift certified)
  • Comply with and adhere to all safety policies and regulations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1 year Warehouse Cleaning Experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to walk, bend, lift, and sit throughout the duration of the shift
  • Must be flexible with working in multiple site locations
