Isys Technologies is a distinguished provider of technology solutions to government entities. With our headquarters located in Colorado, Isys Technologies is involved in numerous programs nationwide, collaborating with multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are currently looking for a Computer Systems Analyst (CSA) to enhance our operational support.
Core Duties:
- Serve as the primary CSA for all system-related inquiries within designated operational areas, including collateral, SCIF, and/or SAP environments. Facilitate support from other IT personnel as necessary based on access levels;
- Act as the initial IT support contact for basic customer issues. Collect detailed information from users to diagnose problems by analyzing symptoms and identifying root causes. Aim to resolve 75%-85% of user issues before escalating to higher-level IT;
- Perform customer service and help desk functions, including personnel processing, equipment management, account troubleshooting, software support, incident management, and related tasks;
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel within the organization, ensuring timely access rights and workspace readiness for incoming staff, and adhering to unit standards for departing personnel;
- Ensure the operational readiness of video teleconferencing systems to meet mission requirements;
- Regularly update TEMPEST protocols to maintain compliance.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
Required Experience:
- Experience in providing IT technical support and assistance to organizations. Involvement in help desk operations to support personnel, including installation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT assets. Collaborate with higher-level IT and leadership on access policies and procedures;
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including email and internet connectivity problems. Address basic hardware and software issues to ensure personnel can operate efficiently;
- Conduct and maintain inventories of IT assets, ensuring proper deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal when necessary;
- Establish connectivity requirements for LAN and WAN across multiple networks. Oversee the identification, licensing, installation, configuration control, and maintenance of IT assets, including software upgrades;
- Manage standard operations for PCs, printers, copiers, scanners, phones, and mobile devices;
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.
Education and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

While executing the responsibilities of this position, the employee will frequently sit, walk, stand, and navigate stairs. May require walking long distances from parking to workstation. Occasionally, movements requiring twisting, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and forward motion will be necessary. The employee will consistently perform repetitive hand, arm, or finger motions. Manual dexterity is essential for this role. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, depth perception, and color differentiation. Effective communication through speech is necessary for interaction with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include the ability to converse in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may involve moving items weighing up to 20 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead. This position requires the ability to manage various levels of mental stress.
