Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from the field, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
* Conduct quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
* Communicate with the project team regarding RFI's, material submittals, and other project-related matters
* Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work
* Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress to the project team for resolution
* Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site
* Ensure the job site is kept clean and organized

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or light-industrial construction
* Proven experience in managing and directing subcontractors
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups
* Proficient in blueprint reading
