We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Inspector to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Chief Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing construction inspection activities for major public agency projects.
Responsibilities:- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
- Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve inspection-related issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction.
- NICET IV Certification and experience in construction inspection.
- Public agency experience is a plus.
- Candidates with equivalent experience working for contractors will be considered.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations.
- Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborate with multiple team members.
- Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction site.

Compensation: Minimum: $124,000 Max: $158,000
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and location.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
