Chief Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Inspector to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Chief Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing construction inspection activities for major public agency projects.

• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve inspection-related issues.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction.

• NICET IV Certification and experience in construction inspection.
• Public agency experience is a plus.
• Candidates with equivalent experience working for contractors will be considered.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
• Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborate with multiple team members.
• Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction site.

Compensation: Minimum: $124,000 Max: $158,000

Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and location.
