About the Role

The Liro Group is seeking a highly skilled Chief Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with construction materials or workmanship
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction
  • Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and construction staff
Requirements
  • NICET IV Certification in construction inspection
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
