Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch Coordination: Organize and schedule the delivery and application of agronomy products and services to client sites.
  • Communication: Act as the main contact for clients and field personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of transportation and inventory for agronomy products, ensuring optimal routing and resource utilization.
  • Record Keeping: Keep precise records of dispatches, deliveries, and client interactions using company software systems.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly and professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during dispatch and delivery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in agronomy, agriculture, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a dispatch or logistics role within the agricultural sector is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with computer software and dispatch systems.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with agronomy products and agricultural practices is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and manage high-pressure situations with composure.
