About the Role

The Door Attendant is a vital position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will be responsible for monitoring access to the building, responding to resident inquiries, and handling packages and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Monitor and control access to the building.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and incidents.
  • Assist with opening doors, carrying packages, and providing directions or information as needed.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to observe surroundings.
  • Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, such as opening heavy doors or carrying packages.
