Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at HHM Hotels - DMV Region. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio of hotels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with experience in developing and implementing revenue strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing room rates and availability. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio of hotels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
  • Optimize room rates and availability to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure effective implementation of revenue strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, operators, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • College degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management, with a strong background in developing and implementing revenue strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices, including rate optimization, revenue forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
