Senior Director of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Revenue Marketing to join our Global Demand Center team at Nutanix. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy, driving demand generation, and advancing our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead demand generation efforts for the Global Demand Center, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and their teams to drive high-performing digital and web strategies that contribute to overall growth.
- Spearhead critical projects such as Pipeline Acceleration, implementing strategies that directly impact business outcomes.
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies like dynamic personalization and Generative AI to optimize marketing processes and improve the customer journey.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABX at a SaaS company – proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – or equivalent work experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills – demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in Digital and Web strategies – experience shepherd digital growth initiatives and overseeing web projects.
- Project management proficiency – capable of managing end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally – experience working with Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations teams to meet targets.
