Job Opportunity

Creative Pathways, Inc. is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
  • Provide individual, family, and supportive therapy
  • Manage psychotropic medications and monitor treatment adherence
  • Assess risk and provide supervision of SUD practices protocols
  • Document involuntary commitment and provide continuous clinical monitoring
Requirements
  • Appropriate professional degree (MSN or DNP) from an accredited university
  • Current, unrestricted, complete, and active state nursing license
  • Current ANCC Board Certification as a PMHNP in good standing
  • Current/Active DEA & CDS Registration Numbers
  • NPI
  • Malpractice Insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more years of training and direct service experience diagnosing, treating, and evaluating children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions
  • Experience working with underserved populations and clinical co-morbidities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Proficient in English language, both in writing and speaking
  • Strong computer skills, including working with word processing and data entering applications, as well as with EMR medical software applications
Compensation

Contingent upon 1 year of relevant POST CRNP-PMH LICENSURE E/M EXPERIENCE

Pay Frequency: Monthly upon submission of invoice
