Job Overview

Memoir Agency LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AV Crew member to join our team for the upcoming season. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining lighting, audio, and effects equipment for our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other teams to complete tasks and ensure seamless event execution
  • Install and operate lighting, audio, and effects equipment as assigned
  • Take direction from lead staff to program assets and complete tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Memoir Agency LLC standards
  • Pack and palletize assets for assigned activations during load-out
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to discuss work goals and accomplishments

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently during set-up and load-out
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Promptness and flexibility to work all assigned shifts

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr, with higher rates possible for experienced staff. Approximately 40 hours per week during install and strike periods, with weekly payments.
