About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Engineer to join our team at Tellius. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Tellius Analytics Platform as we continue to scale and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with our engineering team to resolve problems.
  • Develop and maintain how-to assets and show-and-tell sessions to help customers get started with using Tellius.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to create a first-class experience for users of our product.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Communicate issue resolutions, product enhancements, and roadmap developments to customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Databases domain.
  • Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and Databases.
  • Proficient in SQL and Data Modeling.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Python, HTML, JavaScript, R, Spark, etc.
  • Experience with performance troubleshooting and working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Ability to work across teams and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
