Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Engineer to join our team at Tellius. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Tellius Analytics Platform as we continue to scale and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with our engineering team to resolve problems.
- Develop and maintain how-to assets and show-and-tell sessions to help customers get started with using Tellius.
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams to create a first-class experience for users of our product.
- Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Communicate issue resolutions, product enhancements, and roadmap developments to customers.
- 5+ years of experience in the Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Databases domain.
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and Databases.
- Proficient in SQL and Data Modeling.
- Understanding and working knowledge of Python, HTML, JavaScript, R, Spark, etc.
- Experience with performance troubleshooting and working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Ability to work across teams and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
