Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and support wellness initiatives
  • Communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff
  • Supervise Medication Technicians and Caregivers
  • Follow up on physicians orders and report any changes of condition
  • Update and review resident medical records and incident reports

Requirements:

  • Active LVN license in the state of employment
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
