Shifts Available: 6:30am-3pm, 2:30pm-11pm, 10:30pm-7:00am
Compensation: $38/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and support wellness initiatives
- Communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff
- Supervise Medication Technicians and Caregivers
- Follow up on physicians orders and report any changes of condition
- Update and review resident medical records and incident reports
Requirements:
- Active LVN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
Preferred Skills:
- Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- More than one year of medication management experience
