Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
