Job Summary

Radiology Associates of Daytona is a leading provider of medical imaging services in Eastern Central Florida. We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience in interventional radiology procedures. They will be responsible for performing a variety of radiologic procedures, including fluoroscopic and interventional radiographic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiologic procedures, including fluoroscopic and interventional radiographic procedures
  • Assist with performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures
  • Monitor accessory equipment and assist the physician with procedures
  • Prepare and dispense contrast media and medications
  • Assist with patient monitoring and post-procedure recovery
  • Process related paperwork and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology
  • Licensed in the State of Florida and ARRT certification in Radiography (RT(R))
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum of one year of experience in radiologic imaging and IR procedures
  • Proficiency with X-ray, C-arm, and IR procedures and protocols
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  • Experience with the use, QA, and troubleshooting of radiologic equipment
