Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Permanent Staff Accountant to become a vital part of our finance team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to sharpen your accounting expertise while playing a key role in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Accountant, your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating the general ledger and related financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with established guidelines.

- Preparing accurate quarterly and annual tax submissions.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial documents and transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Thorough understanding of general ledger operations and financial reporting.
- Expertise in bookkeeping and tax return preparation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
