Safety Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide safety training to team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with team members and clients.
  • Ability to develop and implement safety programs that drive results.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 500 and 1500 certifications and CHST required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000.
