Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Network Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and security of our network infrastructure.
  • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Customer Training: Provide on-site training to customers on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • CompTIA Security+: Must have a CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-4 years of experience in IT systems support.
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Physical Demands
  • Office Environment: Work is performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally and walk short distances.
  • Repetitive Motion: Use repetitive motion, including substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Visual Acuity: Ability to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer monitor, and extensive reading.
