- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediation sessions.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Collaborate with the firm's attorneys and legal staff to deliver comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
- 6+ years of experience in landlord/tenant litigation, with a focus on commercial cases.
- Significant experience within Part 52 of the New York City Civil Courts.
- Strong trial experience, including effective oral and written advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently and deliver successful outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service.
