Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary individual to lead our clinical team as a Local Clinical Director. This critical leadership role will drive the quality and effectiveness of our clinical services, ensuring that the families we serve receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and clinical supervision to ensure that all services are delivered in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to evidence-based practices across all clinical programs.
- Oversee the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and community partners to enhance service delivery and coordinate care.
- Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention, as needed.
- Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that promote efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization in community meetings, professional networks, and other public forums.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure within the state of North Carolina (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A) LMFT).
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and clinical operations management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
