About the Role

Cortica is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the program's growth and development, ensuring high-quality services for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to ABA teams, including Associate Site Managers, Supervisors, and Behavior Interventionists.
  • Ensure the program's steady growth through monitoring of key performance indicators and achieving budget targets.
  • Engage in billable activities to support program growth, such as ABA assessments and supervision.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance of the ABA program, including supervision in the field and report reviewing.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for clinical programs, including early intervention and social skills groups.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of ABA operations and manage the overall program to ensure its success.
  • Interview and select ABA candidates, manage team expectations, and ensure capacity utilization.
  • Ensure a great onboarding experience for new team members and maintain accurate clinical supervisory paperwork.
  • Verify safety training and implement best practices, manage patient concerns, and coordinate time-off requests.
  • Utilize expertise in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products to streamline administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • 5+ years of management experience leading teams in a clinical setting and a strong acumen for ABA operations.
  • Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certified.
  • Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed per payer requirements).
