About the Opportunity

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Tyvola/Charlotte (NC) clinic location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clinic compliance and address systematic deficits to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor clinical staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Assess the clinical progress of clients and ensure appropriate treatment plans are developed and administered.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clinical concerns from parents and staff.
  • Work with Human Resources to attract and retain clinical candidates.
  • Oversee RBT trainers and assess the effectiveness of training protocols.
  • Maintain a modest program management caseload.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification for a minimum of three years with previous experience in a staff leadership position.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Experience using electronic medical record applications and Microsoft Office.
