Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technician to join our Hardware Test Engineering team at H10 Capital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing test plans, assembling test fixtures, and analyzing data to ensure the highest quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of test equipment and test fixtures
• Setup and execute tests and experiments
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• Work with design and test engineers to assist with prototype builds
• Troubleshoot technical or process issues
• Act with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information

Requirements:

• Experience writing and executing test plans
• Electro-mechanical aptitude
• AAS or equivalent related technology certification or 1yr relevant experience
• Familiarity with tools and measurement devices (oscilloscope, frequency analyzer, etc.)
• Solid computer skills including MS Office, Linux/Unix
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience working in a test environment
• Experience with creative problem solving and articulating technical challenges and solutions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis
• Experience with Optical testing (Wave front error etc.)
• Familiar with MatLab analysis software
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team

Working Conditions:

This is a day and/or night shift position, working 6:00am - 4:30pm or 5:00pm - 3:30am PST.
