Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead our mechanical construction projects. This role involves managing all phases of plumbing and mechanical projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, from initial design through to project completion.
  • Create and uphold project timelines, ensuring all objectives and deadlines are achieved.
  • Prepare and track job cost reports, managing project budgets effectively.
  • Source materials and oversee their delivery and storage, ensuring timely availability.
  • Implement quality control protocols to ensure all work meets established standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Coordinate design and build projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
  • Supervise the installation of underground plumbing systems.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven expertise in project scheduling, budget management, and material procurement.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and safety compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
