Senior Safety Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
