Nurse Care Specialist for High-Risk Patient Units

New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation seeks a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in the Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units (OTxHU) program. The OTxHU at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue is the first of its kind, aiming to open by the end of 2024. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, education, and support.
