RN Unit Manager

The successful candidate will have a current RN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting. They will be responsible for supervising a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. The RN Unit Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with the care team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of nursing staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with the care team and other departments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting
- BLS Certified
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
