Electrification and Controls Solutions Manager

Morrell Group and Womack Machine Supply are seeking a highly skilled Electrification and Controls Solutions Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing innovative controls solutions and support to existing sales staff, promoting the development and growth of mobile electrification and controls products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in controls or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in team management/leadership. They will be self-motivated, high-energy individuals with excellent relationship skills and technical automation problem-solving capabilities.
The Electrification and Controls Solutions Manager will be responsible for building relationships through consultative selling of high-tech electronic and hydraulic products and services, working with mobile/off-highway customers to assess and solve their electrification application needs. They will also plan and perform key customer sales calls, assess customer needs, prepare customer proposals, close orders, and follow up on all related activities.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Morrell and Womack products and will be able to develop a deeper knowledge of these products on a continuous basis by attending related training sessions. They will also be responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of the controls and electrification software engineering department.
The Electrification and Controls Solutions Manager will be a key member of the team, working closely with sales staff, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative controls solutions and support to existing sales staff
- Build relationships through consultative selling of high-tech electronic and hydraulic products and services

- Closing orders and following up on all related activities
- Direct and oversee the activities of the controls and electrification software engineering department
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in controls or electrical engineering
