• Foster a safe and hazard-free workplace.

• Provide training and mentorship to other food service personnel.

• Keep detailed logs of equipment maintenance needs.

• Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Execute preventative maintenance checklists.

• Recommend equipment upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.

• Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager, utilizing your skills and experience to support various initiatives.

• Fill in for absent team members as needed.

• Stay informed about daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery.

• Be available for occasional evening and weekend catering events.

• Participate in food service meetings with staff.

• Maintain effective communication with team members.

• Perform cashier duties when required.

• Promote positive public relations.
