Caregiver for Memory Care Residents

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at The Groves Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
Responsibilities:- Provide daily care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the Medication Assistant and Health & Wellness Department Leadership.
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities tailored to the needs and abilities of residents, promoting mental and physical stimulation.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by following established protocols and procedures, including fall prevention and emergency response.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, including daily care logs and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families, providing updates on their loved ones' care and responding to their concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the Health & Wellness Team and other departments to ensure high-quality care and a positive living environment.
- Arizona Caregiver Certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card for Assisted Living Facility
- CPR & First Aid from Approved Source
- Food Handler Permit
- Free of Communicable Diseases
- Test Negative for Illegal Substances
- $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
