Overnight Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Certified Caregiver to join our team at PARK Senior Villas Goodyear, an Assisted Living & Memory Care Community.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being. This is a night shift position, requiring a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

• Provide direct patient care, including medication management, cooking, and personal care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reporting.
• Review service plans and report any changes in resident's condition.
• Work effectively as a team member with other care providers.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming living space for residents.
• Assist residents in participating in activities and provide activities as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, staff, and outside agencies.
• Perform household chores, such as laundry, dishes, and cleaning.

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience working with the senior population.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Free of TB (prior to start).
• Current Food Handlers card or obtain within 20 days of employment.
• Attend at least six hours per year of care-related education.
