As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and implementing the daily functions for assigned outpatient clinical areas. You will provide and manage quality patient care as well as quality service to providers. You will implement RN specific duties for specific patient populations. You will utilize critical thinking skills in evaluation of care, patient teaching and the triage of patients. You will display good rapport and professionalism with all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities- Direct and implement the daily functions for assigned outpatient clinical areas.
- Provide and manage quality patient care as well as quality service to providers.
- Implement RN specific duties for specific patient populations.
- Utilize critical thinking skills in evaluation of care, patient teaching and the triage of patients.
- Display good rapport and professionalism with all internal and external customers.
Associate's degree in Nursing and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may not substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. ACLS certification preferred.
