Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor

At TMC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing services personnel to ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to develop and implement quality assurance programs and resident care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing services personnel to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Alabama.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
