Retail Processor

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Processor to join our team.

As a Retail Processor, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process them through our Kaizen system.

You will work closely with our team to meet or exceed set production goals, focusing on process improvement and increasing productivity.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in all areas of the production process, cross-training to cover other job descriptions as needed, and performing other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
